Non-returnable and cancellation

Please be aware that once an order for custom items is placed, it cannot be canceled, because all these items are produced immediately upon order and are non-refundable.However, exchanges may be possible under specific conditions outlined in the following clause.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed in cases where the item received is damaged, lost, or significantly differs from the ordered product.

To request an exchange for your product, please email us via our store or at rempalsservice@gmail.com and provide the necessary information demonstrating that the goods you purchased meet the conditions of exchanges.

Additional non-returnable or cancellation items:

Any item that is customized for you and not available for sale to others.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return or exchange(if applicable), we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
